Lianna | Adelaide Portrait Photographer

I first met this cutie when she was about six weeks old. Fast forward 12 months and she is still just as gorgeous! When her parents Soki and Michael asked me to photograph her for her 1st birthday I jumped at the chance. We had so much fun playing with bubbles, picking and eating vegies from the garden, playing on her swing set, and reading!

Soki and Michael, thank you so much for inviting me to photograph your beautiful family, I had so much fun. Enjoy the photos. xx

Such a beautiful girl...

Those pursed lips are so super cute...this is also the point where I got to find out what tiny fingerprints look like on my lens!

Douglas - 6 months | Adelaide Photographer

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again…I love this boy. He is a touch over six months old now and is now well and truly in the ‘fun’ stage. He loves to roll around, play with his toes and toys, giggle, snuggle, copy and talk! Boy, does he like to talk...with lots of goos and buhhhhs!
Word has it that I’m not biased when I say he is the cutest bubba on the block, strangers smile and Dougs in the shops and he always beams a smile back!
He is filling out a lot now and he is getting heavy! His chubbiness is overwhelmingly cute, from his chubby cheeks right and his 'barely there' hair down to his chubby toes.
Plan A was to try a little session with some fun moustaches but alas I had left it too long and we couldn’t manage to stop him putting them in his drool filled mouth. So plan B? To have him play with his little wooden toys.
What a cutie pie!
xx

Playing with his Mumma, my sister Bridy...

I'm sure this is the look I will continue to get now whenever I put my camera in his face...

Kisses from his Nanny...

Mildura

We took a road trip recently to celebrate our friends ENGAGEMENT! Of course Luke and I can't go raod tripping without a few snapshots!

We visited a National Park while we were over there and these little birds became our best friends enemies. Why? Because apparently they love food as much as I do! They were flying up and trying to grab our ham rolls right out of our hands...a lot more friendly than Seagulls!

Disadvantage of being hot? Your girlfriend takes photos of you from weird angles when you aren't expecting it...

One of the reasons I love our country. Where else can you take a landscape shot with your macro lens and get away with it?!

These native flowers...so pretty. This place was not fun though...we discovered march flies!! They bit us and had us running to the car!!!

Ryan + Alexandra | Adelaide Engagement Photographer

The first thing I noticed when I met Ryan and Alex? Their eyes. Oh yes, they both have beautiful light eyes which are stunning! Luke and I met Ryan and Alex in the Botanic Gardens and had so much fun wandering around during the photoshoot. They are so lovely and their laidback style made the session so casual and easy.

Alex and Ryan, it was so great to finally meet with you both and hang out with you for the afternoon. Hope you enjoy the photos and the future memories they give you.
xx

Ryan spotted the light coming through the willow tree...it was stunning...

Ryan set up the above shot - yup, he is a photographer in the making!

36 Hours | Adelaide Photographer

One of my good friends moved to Melbourne recently. It's bittersweet. I'm so super happy that she has made the life-changing move she has been thinking about for a while but sad that I won't be able to see her whenever I want!

So a few weeks ago, when Luke happened to be in Melb for the Formula 1, I flew over to spend about 36 hours with her. We had no plans and we ended up sleeping in, eating pancakes, shopping, coffee-ing and tramming. While it doesn't sound that exciting in writing, get us together and you get drama and adventure galore!! The best bit of the weekend? Making new traditions, Yup eating at TWO particular restaurants are our new 'thing'.

Thanks to the busy-ness and fun-ness I hardly touched my camera (although I carted it around for the whole 36hrs! Why do I do this??). I got a few quick pics to commemorate the weekend!
